1. General Information

Bangalbat (hereinafter referred to as "we", "our", or "the platform") is an online betting service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Bangalbat website and mobile application.

Only one account per person is permitted. If an individual is found to have opened multiple accounts, Bangalbat reserves the right to close all accounts and forfeit all deposited funds and winnings.

• A valid mobile number or email address is required.
• Use a strong password and never share it with anyone.
• Transferring your account to a third party is strictly prohibited.

Bangalbat reserves the right to decline any registration at its discretion and without prior notice.

3. Age & Eligibility

Bangalbat strictly enforces an 18+ policy. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use this platform. Any account found to have been opened with a false age will be dealt with accordingly.

Bangalbat may request a national ID or other valid documentation for verification at any time. Certain account features may be restricted until verification is complete.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

Bangalbat currently supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Bangalbat reserves the right to change available payment methods at any time.

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500 (five hundred BDT).
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳1,000 (one thousand BDT).
• KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit (exceptions may apply in certain cases).
• Processing time: typically completed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

Any account found to be involved in money laundering or other illegal financial activity will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Betting Rules

There are a few fundamental rules that all users must follow when placing bets on Bangalbat. In the event of any betting dispute, Bangalbat's decision shall be final.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Bangalbat reserves the right to void any bets placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change at any time.
• In multi-bet scenarios (parlay/accumulator), a single incorrect result may affect all legs of the bet.

Bangalbat reserves the right to set maximum winning limits, which may vary across different events and markets.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Bangalbat offers bonuses and promotional deals for both new and existing users from time to time. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which are clearly listed on the offer page.

• Each bonus may only be used once per account.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time only; any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• Bangalbat reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, the account will be subject to investigation.
• Both parties must complete the verification process to qualify for the referral bonus.

In any bonus-related dispute, Bangalbat's decision is final. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be credited to the main balance only after all conditions are met.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bangalbat. Violations may result in account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts by the same individual or household.
• Betting Manipulation: Odds manipulation or any activity related to match fixing.
• Software Abuse: Use of bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Fraud: Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting the system to claim multiple bonuses.
• Hacking: Attempting to interfere with the security of the platform.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Bangalbat reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Indications of suspicious financial transactions or money laundering.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any eligible withdrawable balance will be returned upon closure.
